As the Senior Manager – Acquisition Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive customer acquisition strategies. Your role is pivotal in driving business growth through innovative marketing campaigns, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. You will oversee a team of marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and brand values.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement multi-channel acquisition strategies to attract and retain customers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.​
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing acquisition marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.​
  • Performance Analysis: Utilise advanced analytics to monitor campaign performance, derive insights, and optimise strategies for improved ROI.​
  • Budget Management: Oversee the acquisition marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise profitability.​
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product Development, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and product offerings.​
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, informing strategic decisions.​
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal regulations and company policies, mitigating potential risks.​
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in acquisition strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years in acquisition marketing or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage performance, and drive results.
  • Excels at collaborating in a team environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Possesses a detail-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Has a Google Marketing Platform certification (plus but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience partnering with digital agencies to develop and optimize innovative marketing campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
