Location: Westlake Village, CA. This position is hybrid. Candidates must be able to commute to the Westlake Village headquaters 3 days a week.
The Opportunity:
PureSpectrum is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to help support the maturity of our Finance operations. This is an exceptional opportunity to continue your career by joining our growing PureSpectrum team in a unique accounting support role.
As an A/R Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out A/R processes on a global scale to ensure the continued integrity and success of PureSpectrum. The ideal candidate will be able to successfully facilitate the A/R cycle by maintaining strong relationships and communication with customers and colleagues. The job requires an agile, organized, detail-oriented individual who can successfully manage tasks, processes, and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Your Responsibilities:
• Apply cash receipts to customer accounts promptly and accurately resolving any discrepancies [25%]
• Initiate, follow up, and escalate collections efforts on overdue accounts with customers and sales [40%]
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account balances in a timely and professional manner [20%]
• Generate and analyze AR reports to identify trends and proactively solve potential issues [10%]
• Provide reports and insights to management for AR processes [5%]
• Assist with general Finance tasks including filing, report preparation, and team support
• Participate in monthly closes and annual audits
Requirements:
• Candidate should have 1+ years of accounting experience (experience in the Market Research industry or SAAS companies preferred)
• Associate's degree in related field or equivalent education/professional experience required
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Experience working with QuickBooks, Oracle NetSuite, and/or Sage Intacct a plus
• Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong follow-through skills
• Well-developed time management and multi-tasking skills
• Solid judgement and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of project management tools and concepts
• Strong analytical aptitude, results oriented mindset with great attention to detail
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel, comfort with the full Microsoft Office product suite, and familiarity with CRM tools (i.e., Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.)

60,000 - 68,000 USD per year ( WLV - HQ )
