This role is a HYBRID position- candidates must live within a commutable distance to one of two locations. While the role is primarily remote, candidates will report in office at least 2 times per month.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Performs processing of credit card cash receipts.
- Performs processing of lockbox cash receipts.
- Research history to determine appropriateness of cash refunds, prepares documentation for approval and performs processing of refund requests once approved by management.
- Process payment transfer requests.
- Research payment application history.
- Operates in the phone queue answering customer calls.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum-
- High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field.
- OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience;
- OR 5 years' experience in a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Windows, Excel, Word)
- Demonstrated ability to manage detail and use analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are critical.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in and promote a team environment
Preferred-
- Oracle and SAP billing experience is preferred
USD 21.49 - 32.26 per hour
Compensation:
Hourly base pay rate is $21.49 - $32.26/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
