Things You’ll Do
- Guide daily workflows for AP specialists and track the delivery of team projects and initiatives.
- Identify, set, and implement OKRs and action plans to achieve timely results.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency; assist in transitioning manual tasks into scalable workflows.
- Effectively convey ideas, solutions, and problems with your manager, peers, and internal customers.
- Solicit feedback and initiate discussions about development areas for yourself and peer workflows.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- Project & Team Leadership: Experience guiding projects or acting as a functional lead/mentor for team members; you show a strong willingness to tackle challenging issues.
- Operations Mindset: Background in general operations or process improvement. We value your ability to optimize systems more than deep, technical AP knowledge.
- Builder Mentality: Examples of times you didn't just run a process, but improved it. You should be able to point to specific metrics, automations, or changes you implemented that left the org better than you found it.
- Adaptability & Inclusivity: Experience working in a fast-paced environment where you demonstrate awareness of cultural norms and your social location in workplace interactions.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort with systems and data; experience implementing new tools or metrics dashboards is a strong plus.
