Manage full-cycle HR duties including onboarding, training compliance, recruitment, background checks, benefits and leave administration, workers' compensation, employee relations, investigations, performance management, and policy compliance. Support managers on hiring, maintain HRIS records, submit vendor invoices, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.

Provide comprehensive in-home nursing for critically ill infants, children, and young adults. Perform assessments, develop and follow individualized care plans, deliver skilled interventions, document progress, coordinate care, report status changes, and participate in family-centered support.

The Behavior Consultant will provide behavioral services, conduct assessments, monitor intervention strategies, and train staff while managing client documentation and attending meetings.

Support production operations by performing assembly, machine operation, material handling, inspection, inventory counting, and housekeeping. Assist team leads with job set-ups, fixture development, and client training while maintaining safety and reporting issues.
