Job Role and Responsibilities:
Reviewing and processing invoices
Reconciling the transitory account
Vendor file maintenance
Proper archiving of all documents
Assisting in month end closing
Requirements for the position:
English at least CEFR B2 level
Experience in accounts payables would be highly desirable
Financial background/experience would be highly desirable
Must be professional and ethical with high integrity
Sense of urgency, and an absolute commitment in achieving goals
Process driven and well-organised, with sufficient flexibility to accommodate ad hoc requests
Attention to details and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Conversant on MS Office
