- Processing and payment of fund invoices; splitting invoice payments by relevant fund entities, preparing payment instructions based on vendor specifications, obtaining approval from the relevant fund teams and sending to the required party for payment
- Preparation of regular payment runs with various outlets and administrators
- Regular reconciliation of invoices sent for payment v what has been provided in value date reports
- Establish and maintain a working relationship with large suppliers from a credit control perspective
- Review supplier statements and ensure the supplier accounts are up to date and paid up
- Handling ad hoc supplier queries
- Develop management information to enhance transparency for related stakeholders
- Implementing new and more efficient working practices to the payables function
- Seek efficiency gains in our operational processes to streamline and consolidate into as few processes as possible
- Assist with a project to move to a system for logging and processing of invoices

Located at the heart of Financial District, the facility boasts of work class infrastructure and amenities, enabled by state-of-the-art technology and security systems. In-house gymnasium / aerobics center, yoga room, indoor games room, mothers’ / wellness room, 200+ seater cafeteria, high-rise & lounge seating are some of the amenities available for the employees. The SEZ facility will also provide common creche and eat-out restaurants in the building premises, once operational.
