The WorkWave Team is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our dynamic finance team, composed of professionals committed to achieving our company’s financial goals and business objectives.
- Own and support billing operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper customer communication.
- Assist with collections efforts, including following up with customers, managing escalations, and maintaining records of communication.
- Manage and update customer account data, track open receivables, and help resolve disputes or discrepancies as they arise.
- Support the ongoing maintenance of finance-related systems, tools, or integrations (e.g. billing platforms, payment portals).
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Accounting teams to improve quote-to-cash workflows.
- Regularly engage with customers via phone to follow up on outstanding balances, clarify billing questions, and ensure timely resolution of payment issues in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
- Assist in various ad hoc projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives.
- Position will require working during North American shift hours, specifically from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in finance operations, billing, collections, or related roles.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with financial systems and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Clear and professional communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
