JOB SUMMARY:
Under moderate supervision, provides support for month-end closing requirements including fixed assets, journal entries, banking, financial reporting and closing requirements. Acts as a liaison between multiple departments to resolve issues or answer inquiries.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs accounting functions including monthly account reconciliations, monitoring certain monthly accruals and preparing journal entries in order to ensure proper reporting financials.
- Maintains and analyzes fixed asset ledger in order to ensure purchases are classified properly and fall within budget.
- Performs and analyzes monthly closing and various daily activities in relation to inventory and cash management.
- Ensures internal controls are operating correctly with the goal of zero deficiencies through JSOX auditing.
- Performs financial analysis and assists in financial reporting activities in order to ensure proper recording of transactions.
- Investigates and analyzes accounting and financial related data in order to reconcile and audit information.
- Performs more complex intercompany account reconciliation.
- Assists with process improvement activities including maintaining and implementing internal controls.
- Acts as a liaison between internal departments and other DENSO locations in order to resolve outstanding issues.
- Performs monthly financial reporting as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 0-3 Years of Related Experience

- Must also have knowledge of GAAP/IFRS.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to discuss or transmit primarily factual information to internal and external customers in the normal course of performing duties

Range of Expected Annual Salary, inclusive of discretionary annual bonus: $59,220 – $75,845
