About the role
As our Accounting Specialist, you'll help develop a high-performing General Ledger department within Business Service Operations. You'll support the LEGO® team through consistent, high-quality and customer-focused execution of General Ledger processes and stakeholder management. This is a permanent role.
Required Qualifications
- Delivered accounting activities within a Finance function or a similar role.
- Managed General Ledger accounting processes and related transactions.
- Used Microsoft Office tools at an experienced level.
- Worked with an enterprise-wide accounting system, preferably SAP or BlackLine.
Preferred Qualifications
- Applied Microsoft Excel to support accounting activities and financial analysis.
- Created reports or insights using Power BI.

You'll join Business Service Operations, a shared service center delivering employee and finance services to the LEGO Group from Monterrey, Prague, Singapore and China. It's a collaborative environment where you'll help improve how the team works while bringing positive energy to everyday tasks. You'll communicate clearly, build trusted relationships and influence partners through reliable work and practical insights.
What success looks like
You'll build confidence in the accounting and controlling of United States and Canadian transactions while developing strong payroll accounting routines. Success means delivering consistent General Ledger processes and dependable stakeholder support. You'll work closely with Payroll, People Places and Culture, and partners supporting the United States and Canadian scope.
