Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AR Cash Application Analyst to join our Finance Operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable Cash Application processes, strong SAP knowledge, and excellent communication skills. The role requires working from the office and flexibility to support business requirements across different shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cash application activities and ensure timely and accurate posting of customer payments.
- Reconcile unapplied and unidentified cash transactions.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies in coordination with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Process electronic payments, wire transfers, checks, and lockbox transactions.
- Maintain AR records and ensure compliance with internal controls and process guidelines.
- Support month-end closing activities related to cash application.
- Collaborate with Collections, Customer Service, and other Finance teams to resolve payment issues.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation and reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) Cash Application.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance-related reporting.
- Willingness to work from the office.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including morning and night shifts.
