- Prepares periodic financial and operational reports using MS Excel and other reporting tools.
- Reviews, validates, and processes accounting transactions within agreed timelines.
- Identifies process gaps and recommends improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
- Supports month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensures compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Performs reporting, testing, and additional assignments as required by management.
- Provides analytical support for issue resolution and process optimization initiatives.
- Assists in training and knowledge sharing within the team when required.
- Reports to the Team Leader and supports team operations in the absence of the Senior Analyst.
- Maintains flexibility to work across different shifts based on business requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience Required: 3-5 years in RTR Accounting
