Responsibilities
- Record accurate and timely journal entries in the ERP system, ensuring data completeness.
- Perform account reconciliation directly within the ERP system.
- Prepare monthly financial reports as directed by supervisors, ensuring reports are submitted on time.
- Manage and organize documentation for both internal and external audits.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes by following established accounting procedures.
- Handle additional administrative tasks related to accounting as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year in an accounting role, or relevant internship experience.
- Proficient in ERP systems, especially SAP or Oracle.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, including debit, credit, and minimum account balance requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel formulas for efficient data handling and report preparation.
- High attention to detail, with an organized and methodical approach to work.
- Ability to follow established procedures accurately and maintain consistent data integrity.
