We are looking for an Accounting Manager to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients. • Skilled with internal controls and the external audit process?

• An analytical leader with strong managerial and mentorship skills?

A Day in the Life

• Reviewing and approving monthly journal entries

• Reviewing and approving monthly reconciliations

• Closing the general ledger monthly

• Month-end, quarter-end, year-end analytics, and corporate reporting

• Partnering with business components to consult, implement and provide guidance related to new product lines.

• Process re-engineering and documentation related to reconciliations and reporting, including the training and guidance of staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required

• Master degree in accounting or MBA preferred

• CPA Required

• 5+ Years of Experience

• Supervisory experience preferred

• Strong technical background and experience preferred

• Public accounting background preferred

• Strong technical skills (excel, SQL, Power BI, reporting, etc.)

• Presentation and Project management skills
