The Accounting Manager leads monthly financial close, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, SOX controls, and accounting compliance for a North American lease portfolio. The role supervises four accounting professionals, resolves complex accounting issues, partners with cross-functional teams on new initiatives, and improves processes through automation, standardized practices, and technology solutions.

Lead accounting for a North American operational lease portfolio, overseeing monthly close, financial reporting, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, internal controls, and SOX compliance. Manage and develop a four-person accounting team, resolve complex accounting issues, advise on new initiatives, and improve processes through automation and technology. Partner with Finance, Operations, Product, Technology, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely reporting and strong control effectiveness.

Support onsite vehicle compliance by processing and validating documents, updating CMS and tracking tools, preparing registration/insurance packets, packaging materials by VIN, managing inventory and mail, and escalating issues to management to ensure timely, audit-ready vehicle deployment.

Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud), produce technical designs and documentation, support integrations, development, testing, deployment, and production readiness, advise stakeholders on platform standards, monitor platform enhancements, and promote best practices for security, data models, and release management.

Develops and optimizes Python pricing and valuation models, SQL-based Fair Market Value tools, and machine-learning-enabled methodologies for vehicle remarketing. Analyzes sales performance, pricing variance, and profitability; automates workflows and reporting; builds dashboards; and translates complex findings into recommendations for remarketing leaders across the U.S., Canada, and Ireland. The role requires collaboration with operations and analytics stakeholders to improve pricing accuracy, conversion, revenue, and portfolio profitability.

Leads enterprise QA automation across multiple projects, establishing testing governance, designing Selenium and Robot Framework automation frameworks, and improving test coverage and release readiness. The role combines hands-on automated and manual testing, regression and integration testing, defect management, test strategy development, quality reporting, and team guidance. It partners with development, product, architecture, and business teams to identify risks, improve testing processes, and build sustainable in-house QA capability.

Lead high-priority, cross-functional strategic initiatives across Element Mobility from concept through execution. Build business cases, operating models, management cadences, OKR tracking, dashboards, and executive decision materials. Identify risks and blockers, align stakeholders across Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Risk, and maintain accountability for measurable outcomes and leadership visibility.

Lead a team responsible for client enrollment, contract interpretation, pricing administration, billing setup, and revenue enablement. Ensure accurate contract implementation, billing integrity, SLA attainment, quality control, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to support client onboarding and operational excellence.

Drive new business acquisition and expand existing client relationships for fleet management and finance solutions. Prospect, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, coordinate onboarding, and manage renewals. Serve as the primary client contact, introduce new products, execute strategic account plans, lead business reviews, and identify industry best practices. The role requires consultative B2B selling, C-suite engagement, analytical thinking, and travel within an assigned territory.

Leads go-to-market strategy for assigned products and solutions, driving adoption and revenue growth. Develops positioning, value messaging, thought leadership, collateral, sales presentations, and launch campaigns. Partners cross-functionally with product, operations, demand generation, commercial, and sales teams. Conducts market research, customer analysis, and competitive benchmarking while supporting organizational readiness, product enhancements, market expansion, and executive business-case presentations.

Oversee a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensure risk management, prepare credit analyses, monitor accounts, and liaise with clients including Fortune 500 executives.

Lead end-to-end finance automation and analytics projects: analyze processes, design and build Alteryx/Power BI/Power Automate solutions, develop SQL/Snowflake queries and dashboards, drive efficiencies, strengthen controls, manage stakeholders, document requirements and support change management and post-implementation continuous improvement.

Lead design, implementation, and support of secure, scalable AWS infrastructure. Drive on-premises to AWS migrations, automate provisioning with IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), implement monitoring/logging, collaborate with DevOps/Security/Application teams, document architecture and procedures, and recommend emerging cloud solutions.

Lead data architecture efforts: design relational and physical data models, develop and maintain ETL and reporting solutions, ensure data quality and governance, monitor data loads, support database performance and security, and translate business requirements into data designs.

Lead strategic direction, implementation, and support of external-facing IT platforms and integrations (including Mexico applications). Drive automation, vendor management, cross-functional roadmap execution, and build a high-performing, innovative platform team.

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients through renewals, pricing optimization, and share-of-wallet opportunities. Conduct proactive outreach, develop client strategies with operations, use Salesforce for forecasting and opportunity management, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve escalations and deliver superior client experience.
