The role includes structured mentorship and collaboration with business stakeholders and senior engineers.

Supports syndication transactions, corporate entity governance, business licensing, UCC filings, compliance records, and legal documentation. Independently manages complex matters, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, and advises on risks and exceptions. Evaluates legal workflows, implements process improvements, and partners with Technology and Operations on legal technology, automation, dashboards, reporting, and controls.

Lead high-priority, cross-functional strategic initiatives across Element Mobility from concept through execution. Build business cases, operating models, management cadences, OKR tracking, dashboards, and executive decision materials. Identify risks and blockers, align stakeholders across Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Risk, and maintain accountability for measurable outcomes and leadership visibility.

Analyzes billing data, trends, variances, disputes, and operational performance to identify risks and improvement opportunities. Builds dashboards, reports, queries, and executive summaries; conducts root-cause analysis; supports client-facing billing reviews; and partners with Finance, Billing Operations, IT/Data, Client Success, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve billing accuracy and efficiency.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise financial software and integrations. Build APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and event-driven solutions connecting ERP, payment, legacy, and third-party systems. Contribute to architecture, cloud adoption, CI/CD, DevOps, testing, documentation, and Agile delivery. Investigate production issues, perform root-cause analysis, improve reliability, and modernize enterprise technology across cloud and legacy platforms.

Own the strategy, governance, architecture, and technical roadmap for an enterprise digital support platform. Establish workflow automation standards, quality controls, documentation, and performance measurement. Lead cross-functional initiatives, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, resolve complex architecture decisions, and evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and vendor enhancements. The role requires strong systems thinking, stakeholder influence, technical judgment, and experience with enterprise workflow automation, digital support platforms, integrations, and transformation initiatives.

Creates and maintains digital product enablement resources, including demo recordings, knowledge base content, training materials, and RFP responses. Supports product demonstrations and enablement sessions, manages content organization and version control in SharePoint, coordinates stakeholder input, and identifies content gaps through feedback. The role helps Client Success, Commercial, and Operations teams communicate digital product capabilities clearly and consistently to internal teams, prospects, and clients.

Leads finance process improvement and automation initiatives from discovery through implementation and support. Builds solutions using Alteryx, Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, AI-enabled tools, and related platforms. Develops dashboards, KPIs, exception reporting, and actionable insights while improving efficiency, controls, and data quality. Partners with finance and cross-functional stakeholders, documents requirements and procedures, coordinates delivery, measures outcomes, and supports change adoption.

Oversee a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensure risk management, prepare credit analyses, monitor accounts, and liaise with clients including Fortune 500 executives.

Lead strategic direction, implementation, and support of external-facing IT platforms and integrations (including Mexico applications). Drive automation, vendor management, cross-functional roadmap execution, and build a high-performing, innovative platform team.
