Accounting Associate

As an Accounting Associate with Convera based in our Vilnius office, you will perform daily reconciliations according to pre-established guidelines to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions.

You will be responsible for: 

• Preparation of financial reports (Safeguard).
• Performing general ledger entries (reclasses, accruals).
• Performing data collection and analysis in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyzing accounts and specialized reports, investigating discrepancies and provide decision-making insights.
• Obtaining appropriate information from various systems and manipulating various Excel spreadsheets.
• Preparation accounting/reporting procedures.

You should apply if you have:

• Good spoken and written English abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with others
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel
• Analytical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
