JOB DESCRIPTIONS
We are now looking for a “Accounting Assistant Specialist” to be a member of our Accounting Department.
- Preparation of month-end close journal entries, posting the journals into SAP
- Booking of AP invoices (Import, Stock and Customs)
- Following Intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Maintaining the prebate renewal file and providing necessary monthly postings
- Reconciliation of current accounts with domestic vendors
- Control and posting of the employee expenses
- Take an active role in the month end closing processes
- Support AR related activities
- Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting
