- Support accounting routines, ensuring proper recording, review, and organization of documents and information in compliance with internal policies and control requirements.
- Assist with the validation and reconciliation of journal entries, balances, and accounting transactions, supporting basic analysis and corrections under team guidance.
- Provide support for the month-end close process, including the preparation of reconciliations, reports, and supporting evidence according to the close calendar.
- Maintain up-to-date controls, files, and supporting evidence for audits, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
- Support the extraction and validation of accounting data in systems (ERP), contributing to consistency, traceability, and proper organization of information.
