Supports an accounting or transactional process (Accounting, A/P, A/R, Credit, or Payroll). This includes preparation, review, and reconciliation of various transactions and/or financial reports in accordance with accounting policies and management direction. Responsible for timely completion of required training applicable to the position and regular and effective application of such training in the performance of the position.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assists in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting
standards and regulations.
• Prepares the reconciliations of accounts and transactions to identify discrepancies and ensure the integrity of financial data.

• Prepares financial data and reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance and
operational efficiency.
• Supports the month-end and year-end closing processes by gathering necessary documentation and preparing journal entries.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's Degree OR an equivalent combination of education, training, experience, and certifications sufficient to achieve
position expectations required (or local country equivalent education).
SKILLS:
• Contributes to team and customers by providing day to day support of administrative and planning activities.

• Strong time management, prioritization, and organization skills.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and
interpret complex data.
•Customer Service focused, developing relationships by listening and understanding the customer (both internal and external).

• Anticipates and provides solutions and alternatives to customer needs; giving high priority to customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Demonstrates fluency in English.

•Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI or Tableau, Python or SQL, and AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making a
plus.
• Oracle experience preferred: FCCS, ARCS, Fusion
