Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry and accurately record financial transactions.
- Maintain and update accounting books and records, including journals and ledgers.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, recording of receipts, payments, and expenses.
- Support the preparation and organisation of invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Assist with basic accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Help reconcile financial records and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain organised and accurate financial files and documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the Accounting and Finance team.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, or a related field. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial transactions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Good attention to detail, organisational skills, and numerical accuracy
- Willingness to learn accounting systems and processes.
- Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- No extensive work experience required! Internship or OJT experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance is an advantage.
- Willing to work full-time onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City, Monday to Friday, 7AM - 4PM
