Job Responsibilities –
All of the following responsibilities apply across multiple entities within the corporation.
1) Responsible for Accounts Payable subledger module
2) Payroll accounting and related statutory withholding tax
3) Processing of all payments in bank
4) General ledger closing including preparation of journals, balance revaluation and report extraction.
5) Month-end Closing & Reporting, to align with the corporate closing schedule and reporting requirements.
6) Preparation of quarterly forecasts and the annual budget (AOP)
7) Tax Compliance, including VAT return filing, stamp duty filing, income tax filing, etc
8) Preparation of documents for annual audit
9) Any other ad-hoc assignment
Skills Required
- Experience with accounts payable
- Knowledge of payroll accounting
- Proficiency in general ledger closing
- Ability to prepare forecasts and budgets
