- Provide support to the Accounting Department, including coordination across various accounting processes.
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners as required.
- Reconcile invoices with sales orders and incoming payments.
- Reconcile outgoing payments, bank accounts, and inter-company accounts.
- Prepare payment instructions and process bank deposits.
- Organize and record bookkeeping transactions for all companies within the Group.
- Review spreadsheets and financial data for accuracy.
- Maintain both digital and physical financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits.
- Prepare quarterly VAT returns.
- Assist in the preparation of management accounts and other financial reports.
- Perform basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing mail.
- Undertake any other duties related to the role as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
An Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, combined with relevant work experience.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of SAP software is a must.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Monday.com) will be considered an advantage.
Proficiency in computer use and bookkeeping/accounting software, with strong typing skills.
Excellent time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
Demonstrates professionalism and a strong ethical code.
Ability to multitask while maintaining motivation and a positive attitude.
Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
