Key Responsibilities
- Record and manage all intercompany transactions across the group
- Ensure accuracy of primary documentation and compliance with intercompany agreements
- Perform monthly and quarterly intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Calculate and accrue interest on intercompany loans
- Calculate and post cost-plus intercompany transactions, including mark-ups and related journal entries
- Prepare intercompany journal entries, accruals, reclassifications and eliminations
- Calculate and post cost allocations and recharges
- Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes
- Maintain and initiate intercompany agreements in cooperation with Legal teams
- Ensure compliance with transfer pricing policies and group accounting standards
- Participate in ERP (NetSuite) implementation and improvement of intercompany processes
- Prepare documentation and support audits, tax reviews and treasury-related requests
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 5+ years of accounting experience in international companies
- Strong hands-on experience in intercompany accounting
- Solid knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
- Experience with period close, intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
- Experience with intercompany loans, interest calculations, cost-plus transactions, cost allocations and related journal entries
- Participation in audits and preparation of supporting documentation
- Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus)
- Confident and mature professional, able to work on equal terms with finance controllers
- Fluent English

Skills Required
- 5+ years of accounting experience in international companies
- Hands-on experience in intercompany accounting (transactions, reconciliations, eliminations)
- Solid knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
- Experience with period close, intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
