Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:
Accountant Payroll
Type of Employment: Permanent
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinate and control Payroll related data flow, inputs and outputs ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time
- Support employees on salary related questions
- Expense report review and validation, and travel expense payment processing
- Prepare financial and operational Payroll reports
- Ensure Payroll costs are properly booked on GL accounts and involved accounts are fully reconciled
- Participate in projects and initiatives related to Payroll and Payroll Accounting process improvements (including system testing and interaction with IT)
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration or relevant field
- Previous experience in Payroll or Payroll Accounting
- Ability to observe strict confidentiality of the obtained information
- Fluency in English to communicate with colleagues in Europe
- Good computer skills (MS Office), experience working with WorkDay or SAP will be considered as an advantage
- Analytical mindset and attention to details

Skills Required
