Junior Accountant Payroll
Type of Employment: Permanent
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Control Payroll related data flow, inputs and outputs ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time
- Data registration/entry in the system in preparation for the payment of salaries
- Support employees on salary related questions
- Prepare financial and operational Payroll reports
- Participate in projects and initiatives related to Payroll and Payroll Accounting process improvements
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration or relevant field (can be last year student)
- Ability to observe strict confidentiality of the obtained information
- Fluency in English to communicate with Business Units in Europe
- Good computer skills (MS Office), experience working with WorkDay or SAP will be considered as an advantage
- Previous experience in Payroll or Payroll Accounting will be considered as an advantage
- Analytical mindset, attention to details
