What you’ll ownHandle general ledger tasks, including journal entries, month-end close, and financial system support
Perform bank reconciliations and financial analysis to ensure accuracy of reports
Maintain strong internal controls and organized records for compliance and audit readiness
Manage tax filings and regulatory requirements, supporting audits with necessary documentation
Collaborate with teams, uphold company policies, and stay updated on accounting standards
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy with at least two years of experience in general accounting, general ledger or financial reporting roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, reconciliations and month-end close processes, with a track record of delivering accurate results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and automated accounting systems such as Oracle.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and maintain exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills, combined with a proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
Experience in external audit or working closely with auditors and regulatory bodies.
Demonstrated success identifying process improvements that enhance financial controls, efficiency or reporting quality.
