Your Mission:
- Lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports that support critical business decisions
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost control in a highly regulated industry
- Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with internal and external standards
- Act as a key partner to operations and leadership teams, translating financial data into actionable insights
- Support audit processes and maintain accurate, transparent records
- Analyze variances and contribute to continuous improvement across finance and production
What You Bring:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or controlling, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, cost accounting, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus)
- High attention to detail, critical thinking, and a proactive mindset
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
