Salesforce recherche un Ingénieur Solution Avant-Vente pour rejoindre l'équipe PreSales Informatica, basée en France. Dans ce rôle, axé sur la technologie Informatica au sein de Salesforce, vous démontrerez un sens technique et commercial ainsi qu'une expertise produit approfondie tout au long du cycle de vente. En tant que partenaire de l'équipe de vente, vous alignerez nos solutions avec la vision des clients et servirez de conseiller de confiance connectant les solutions techniques aux résultats de valeur commerciale sur l'ensemble du cycle de vente. Nous recherchons un profil technique axé sur le client qui s'épanouit dans un environnement collaboratif et qui est dynamisé par le travail à l'intersection des données, de l'IA et des ventes en entreprise.
Responsabilités
  • Effectuer toutes les activités menant à et incluant les démonstrations clients ( découverte, qualification technique, présentations et communication connexe face au client.)
  • Collaborer avec les équipes plus larges de Salesforce Data Foundations et Core pour gérer les engagements clients pour les comptes et opportunités assignés, y compris la réponse aux documents de Demande d'Information/Proposition (RFI/RFP).
  • S'associer aux équipes de Succès Client, de Gestion de Produit, d'Ingénierie et de Marketing Produit pour améliorer les produits d'Informatica, le positionnement des cas d'utilisation et les résultats de mise sur le marché.
  • Soutenir les événements CxO, les ateliers techniques et les présentations marketing tout en partageant les meilleures pratiques et les retours sur les produits dans vos domaines de responsabilité.

Qualifications Requises
  • 5 ans et plus d'expérience en avant-vente/vente technique, conseil ou expérience client final pertinente.
  • Expérience dans la gestion de données dans un contexte d'IA, idéalement sur la gestion des données de référence (MDM) ou la gouvernance des données.
  • Fortes compétences en communication avec des antécédents de présentations convaincantes et d'établissement de relations avec les décideurs, les influenceurs et les partenaires.
  • Capacité démontrée à engager des prospects à travers des cas d'utilisation de mise sur le marché et à traduire des solutions techniques en valeur commerciale.

Qualifications Préférées
  • Expérience dans le cloud computing et familiarité avec les concepts de sécurité du cloud.
  • Certifications pertinentes pour la gestion des données, les plateformes cloud ou les produits Informatica.
