What you'll be doing:

  • Developing and achieving strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • Establishing and cultivating robust relationships with key clients in semiconductor industry, ensuring their needs are addressed and solutions are effectively put into action.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver outstanding service and drive sales growth.

  • Analyzing market trends and customer feedback to determine opportunities for expansion and improvement.

  • Leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment that drives performance.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of at least 8 years in a sales role, with a focus on technology or related industries.

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, adept at cultivating positive relationships with clients and internal teams.

  • Proficient analytical abilities and the capacity to leverage data for informed decision-making and sales strategy development.

  • Proficiency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate in a global environment.
