Primary job responsibilities:

  • ラージアカウントを含む担当テリトリー顧客にRed Hat ソリューションとサービスを販売する。顧客およびパートナーを訪問し、潜在的な機会を特定する。

  • プリセールスや関連するメンバーと協力してアカウントプランを作成、実行し、Red Hat の多岐にわたる戦略を推進する。

  • 販売パイプラインの管理を行う。

  • マーケティング部門との連携を行い、新たな顧客候補およびキーパーソンの発掘を推進する。

  • プリセールスとの連携を行い、技術的な製品情報の提供、提案活動を行う。

  • 企業標準の顧客管理 (CRM) ツールを使用して売上予測を管理し、パートナーによる取引成立を支援し、顧客機会を追跡する。

  • 潜在顧客の向けのリードジェネレーションと潜在顧客の開拓。

  • 担当業界・顧客に応じたソリューションの策定、実行および改善。

Required skills:

  • 8年以上のハイタッチもしくはパートナー営業の経験

  • 見込み顧客の発掘から成約まで、販売サイクルについての理解

  • 販売パイプラインの管理、販売目標の予測作成および達成における実績

  • パートナーとの協力による戦略実行における実績。

  • 優れたコミュニケーション、対人スキル、および問題解決能力

  • 信頼と信用によって顧客と長期にわたる関係を築く能力

  • 意欲がありかつ結果にフォーカスしていること。プレッシャーのある状況で業務を遂行する能力

  • チーム内で作業を行い、創造的思考を維持する能力

  • オープンソーステクノロジーに対する情熱

  • 主要システムインテグレーターとのビジネス経験もしくはネットワークがあれば尚可。

  • 技術的なソリューションの販売経験があれば尚可
