About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for a Account Receivable Specialist to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Turkey. The Account Receivable Specialist lies within finance team based in our Akmerkez Office. You'll be reporting into Accounting & Reporting Manager. You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.
Required skills, qualifications, and experience
- Managing customer credit limits
- Booking credit card, checks & direct debit system collections
- Own/Assist with ongoing transformation of business and efficiency projects that relate to the AR
- Communicate customers/commercial team to bring resolution to unpaid accounts
- Review sales order and perform customer reconciliation per quarter.
- Participating actively in system development.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or related fields
- Min 3-4 years' experience in treasury & account receivable
- Know financial instruments of customers like credit card, direct debit system, cheque etc.
- SAP experience
- Strong computer skills, especially Excel
- Detail oriented
- English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong communication skills
