About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for a Food Service Key Accounts Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Türkiye. You'll be working in a high performing team, to grow Kraft Heinz business in Quick Serve Restaurants (QSR). You'll be reporting into Head of QSR Türkiye. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders, driving the Key Account plans and utilize your analytical and problem-solving skills to implement the division and channel strategy. In brief, you will be responsible for
- The Customer relationship, executing the sales plan for each account to deliver the targeted results (sales volume and revenue; profit; distribution; customer satisfaction)
- Review weekly/monthly customer performance and highlight opportunities and risks
- Lead the portfolio expansion strategy and manage new product launches
- Support all market activation plans to maximize brand performance within the QSR Channel.
- Identify market potential to establish New Accounts in the QSR channel and build a new customer pipeline
- Closely monitor and follow-up on all customer invoices (activity, price-discount-quantity differences)
What you bring
- Bachelor or Master's Degree from a reputable university
- 4+ years of experience in Sales or related commercial functions
- Out Of Home Key Accounts experience is preferable
- Track record in delivering targets
- A high degree of practice of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, MS Excel
- A strong command over English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
