About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an Account Payable Specialist (Maternity Cover) to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Turkey. The Account Payable Specialist lies within finance team based in our Akmerkez Office. You'll be reporting into Account Payable Operations Executive. You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.
Required skills, qualifications, and experience
- Preparing list for import/export invoices and ensuring GR process
- Entry of import/export invoices
- Issuing exchange rate difference invoices
- Bank records of taxes paid at customs (VAT and other deductions, blocking, etc.)
- Customs broker reconciliations
- Exchange rate difference reconciliations with companies
- Completion of monthly Blackline reconciliations
- Entry of private health and life insurance policies for new hires and terminations
- Account reconciliations
- Entry of customs brokers' invoices and payment slips
What you bring
- Knowledge of SAP and Blackline systems
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
