- Monthly payroll processing and reconciliations.
- Maintaining the accurate and timely processing of general ledger reconciliation and journal entries.
- Ensuring accurate and timely accounting reporting; monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
- Post sales and purchase invoices to ledgers.
- Receive all invoices for jobs and process
payments to vendors.
- Post journal entries to Accounting system.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and ensure timely completion.
- Manage petty cash and prepare regular reconciliations.
- Liaise with external auditors during annual audits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in compliance with Nigerian accounting standards

Skills Required
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related course
- ATS Certification or ICAN/ACCA Certification in view or completed
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Accounts Officer or similar role
- Proven understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Applicants must reside in Victoria Island, Gbagada, Oworo, Bariga, Apapa Road, Obalande, Yaba, Surulere and environs
- In-depth knowledge and experience with Sage Business Cloud accounting software
