The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Graphic Communications team in Sydney, NSW. Reporting to the National Sales Manager – Direct, you will act as the primary day-to-day contact for customers, managing relationships and enquiries to ensure a seamless experience. This role enables Graphic Communications Specialists to focus on strategic, C-suite engagement, driving high-value sales and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with GC Sales Specialists to align account strategy, build pipeline, and drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities through to close across all deal sizes. 
  • Manage day-to-day customer enquiries, owning issue resolution end-to-end and ensuring a seamless customer experience (CHX). 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (commercial, legal, sales operations, billing, pre- and post-sales) to support the full sales cycle from opportunity through to deployment. 
  • Monitor and review account performance using data insights, identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategies to improve retention and engagement. 
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, developing multiple touchpoints and identifying key decision-makers within strategic accounts. 
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, deliver territory sales plans aligned to business strategy, and provide ongoing support to GC Sales Specialists to enable focus on revenue generation.

Skills, & Qualifications 

  • Proven experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within print environments 
  • Strong ability to manage customer expectations and deliver high-quality service outcomes 
  • Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders 
  • Highly organised with strong multitasking, prioritisation, and time management skills 
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and other productivity tools 
  • Solid understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
