  • 臨床検査薬または臨床検査機器どちらかに関する知識あれば尚可
  • 自動車(AT車)を使用しての訪問活動が問題なくできること
  • 出張が可能な事
  • エクセル、パワーポイントの業務使用経験ある方
  • 英語力不問

Sales Target Management
-Develops sales targets, strategies and tactics for the territory in charge based on sales department and sales office policies, and achieves the targets.
-Gathers and analyzes information on marketability, sales performance, customer trends, and competitors in the territory for which he/she is responsible, and formulates strategies and tactics.
-Divides the set annual sales targets by product and by region, and at the same time inspects the possibility of achieving them. If there is any doubt about the possibility of achieving them, develop and review an independent plan to achieve them with the support of your manager.
-Register changes to SFDC in real time, analyze the data, and verify monthly whether the GAP for the current and confirmed landings can be covered by the expected acquisition amount calculated from the negotiated TA, and if not, promptly formulate countermeasures in cooperation with your manager.

Market understanding and analysis
-Gather information in the assigned region, input it into SFDC and analyze it to develop effective sales activities, and share and report the information to the sales office and sales department with the supervisor.
-Market trends in the assigned region and customers
-Inspection status of each facility and marketability of the assigned area
-Sales status of competitors' products
-Information on competitors' activities and plans

Sales Promotion Activities
-Conduct product visits to customers with sales materials, samples, etc.
-Report to the sales office on competitive activities in the area of responsibility and take appropriate action
-Plan and conduct sales promotion activities by planning and proposing workshops, new product information sessions, campaigns, etc. based on the strategies and tactics of the sales office and sales department, with the support of the sales manager and sales director.
-Plan and implement sales promotion activities by recognizing the importance and potential of customers.
-Promote equipment business with the help of support staff from related departments (Marketing, JSO, QRC, Legal, etc.) and close the appropriate timeframe.
-Confirm customer buying process and seek prompt adoption and purchase

Customer Relations
-Build good relationships with customers and be recognized as a good partner
-Create customer organization charts and conduct extensive visits and in-person visits from decision makers at each facility to those with direct and indirect influence over the decision makers and their personnel
-Respond appropriately to complaints from customers, distributors, etc., and contact, report, and request the appropriate action to resolve the problem to the superior and related departments.
-Provide medical information to customers (scientific information, product information, industry information)
-Develops facility-specific follow-up action plans and conducts follow-up activities with superiors based on NPS survey results
-Enter the status of visit activities and collected information into SFDC

Distributor Management
-Negotiate with and request cooperation from the territory's distributor managers and general managers regarding sales policies and annual sales plans.
-In cooperation with the distributor's sales staff, promote effective sales activities and sales.
-Explain our products and tactics to distributor sales staff and confirm sales goals.
-Educate sales associates on proper product inventory maintenance.


 

Skills Required

  • Proven strong sales performance with long sales-cycle products
  • Experience in medical industry (diagnostics, devices, testing centers)
  • Knowledge of clinical reagents or clinical testing equipment
  • Ability to perform customer visits using a car (automatic transmission)
  • Willingness and ability to travel for business / on-site visits
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel for business tasks
  • Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations
  • Willingness to register and maintain activity and market data in SFDC (Salesforce)
  • Willingness to accept nationwide transfers (全国転勤可)
  • Willingness to sit for the diagnostic DMR qualification exam after one year
