Responsibilities:Lead all commercial activities within assigned accounts, including new customer acquisition, business development, pricing strategy, issue resolution, and service improvement to maximize customer satisfaction.
Build strong relationships across diverse personalities and backgrounds. Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
Own the customer relationship with minimal supervision, escalating issues when needed while remaining accountable for outcomes.

Qualifications:- B.S. or B.A degree in Business Management, Engineering (Mechanical, Aeronautical, Manufacturing or equivalent).
- Aggressive self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to details requiring minimal supervision,
- 5 – 10 years automotive Tiers Account Management experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and “hunter” mentality.
- Ability to travel to FNST production sites and customers as required.
- Engineering experience with automotive seals, polymers, and/or electric vehicle systems are a significant plus.
