About The RoleWe’re looking for an Account Manager to join our growing Prezzee team and play a key role in building, managing and growing a portfolio of B2B customer accounts.
This role is focused on driving revenue growth, maximising customer value and converting Tier 1 inbound leads into long-term managed relationships. You’ll work closely with both new and existing customers to identify opportunities for growth, strengthen engagement, increase retention and support clients in getting the most out of Prezzee’s products and solutions.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to customers, bringing strong commercial thinking, relationship management and product expertise across digital gifting, rewards, loyalty and co-branded solutions.
Hybrid role, based in Sydney CBD OR Melbourne CBD office.
What You’ll Do:● Build, manage and grow a portfolio of B2B customer accounts.
● Convert Tier 1 inbound leads into active customers and long-term managed relationships.
● Identify opportunities to increase customer spend, engagement and repeat business.
● Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Prezzee’s products and solutions, including Smart Cards and co-branded offerings.
● Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and act as their primary point of contact.
● Conduct regular check-ins and meetings to understand customer needs, priorities and growth opportunities.
● Deliver seamless onboarding experiences for B2B customers, including product demonstrations, platform education, co-branded card setup and solution configuration.
● Act as a credible expert in loyalty, rewards and digital gifting solutions, confidently articulating the value of Prezzee’s products and services.
● Negotiate pricing, renewals and commercial agreements to maximise revenue outcomes.
● Establish, manage and oversee account budgets, margin targets and customer growth plans.
● Proactively identify new business opportunities through customer relationships, referrals, networking and lead follow-up activity.
● Share customer insights, market opportunities and qualified leads with the broader sales team.
● Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, support delivery and ensure an exceptional client experience.
● Maintain accurate CRM records, account updates, pipeline forecasting and reporting.
● Track account performance, customer activity and KPIs to support strong commercial outcomes.
● Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and product improvement.
● Proven experience in account management, sales, customer success or business development, ideally within B2B, digital gifting, loyalty, rewards, payments or technology.
● Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and grow long-term customer partnerships.
● Experience converting inbound leads into active customers or managed accounts.
● A commercially minded approach with strong financial acumen and confidence working to sales, margin and KPI targets.
● Proven ability to identify upsell, cross-sell and customer growth opportunities.
