The Role

What you will do. A glimpse in your role:

This is a field sales role where you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers, achieving assigned sales targets, and delivering value through our digital solutions. Your mission will be to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and to ensure the customer engagement.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and work closely with retailers to strengthen partnerships, maximize Tax Free Shopping performance, and promote additional products from the Shift4 group portfolio.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and develop an assigned customer portfolio
  • Visit the accounts in line with the agreed activity plans and Global Blue’s strategy
  • Improve accounts knowledge and expertise with our services
  • Maximize Tax Free Shopping performance
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Diligently implement the group strategies and sales tools
  • Analyze business statistics and define action plans
  • Support refund agent–related processes
  • Accurately use the CRM to plan, record and report account specific activity
  • Deliver the turnover and any other assigned sales targets
  • Promote and sell additional Shift4 group products

  • Experience with CRM systems & MS Office tools
  • Fluent in Latvian and English (written and spoken), Russian is an advantage
  • Some experience and knowledge in Sales, Account Management and Retail
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel

Location and Eligibility:

📍 Riga, Latvia - Hybrid working model: 2 days in the office / 3 days remote

⚠️ Please note: Candidates must already be based in Latvia and hold a valid Latvian work permit.
