The role

We're hiring an Account Manager to own and grow our US client base. You'll run the full sales cycle from first call to signed deal, expand revenue in existing accounts, and travel to meet clients and represent Catchbox at trade shows stateside. What the job looks like

  • Own the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close
  • Manage and grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and account planning
  • Work incoming leads via email, calls, and video. Qualify fast, move deals forward
  • Travel to client sites and US trade shows (~25% of your time)
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns that actually drive the pipeline
  • Work closely with customer success, who take over after you close. They nurture the account and feed expansion and upsell opportunities back to you for the next deal
  • Partner with customer support to keep satisfaction high

What we're looking for

This shouldn't be your first rodeo. You've been in client-facing roles before, ideally in sales, and bonus points if you've sold to the US market. You know how to move a deal from "interested" to "signed," and you do it consistently. You're curious and technical enough to understand how AV tech fits into a client's setup. You ask the right questions and pick things up fast. You're organized, juggling many accounts without dropping any. You know your way around HubSpot (or similar CRM).

English is non-negotiable. Your clients are American: Fortune 500 companies, universities, event organizers. Every call, email, and proposal needs to land like it was written by a native speaker. If you can negotiate, present, and small-talk comfortably in English, you're in the right place.
