What you will do. A glimpse in your role:
This is a field sales role where you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers, achieving assigned sales targets, and delivering value through our digital solutions. Your mission will be to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and to ensure customer engagement.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and work closely with retailers to strengthen partnerships, maximize Tax Free Shopping performance, and promote additional products from the Shift4 group portfolio.
Your key responsibilities include:
Manage and develop an assigned customer portfolio
Visit the accounts in line with the agreed activity plans and Global Blue’s strategy
Improve accounts knowledge and expertise with our services
Maximize Tax Free Shopping performance
Identify new business opportunities
Diligently implement the group strategies and sales tools
Analyze business statistics and define action plans
Support refund agent–related processes
Accurately use the CRM to plan, record and report account specific activity
Deliver the turnover and any other assigned sales targets
Promote and sell additional Shift4 group products

Location and Eligibility:
📍 Riga, Latvia - Hybrid working model: 2 days in the office / 3 days remote
⚠️ Please note: Candidates must already be based in Latvia and hold a valid Latvian work permit.
