We’re looking for an SaaS/Сuration Account Manager to join our growing Platforms team. Working on our Demand side, this is a highly impactful position for the global team as you will be responsible for driving growth and strengthening the relationship with our top clients while upselling LoopMe products and features.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing SaaS/Curation client portfolio; owning all client communication, account setup, reporting and topline troubleshooting
- Onboarding the client, giving platform trainings and updates for B2B prospects
- Identifying opportunities for partner growth, always seeking to find ways for clients to grow and achieve their goals
- Actively communicating with partners and use the best of your tech/ops knowledge to support the advertising campaigns and outcomes
- Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain client relationships and help scale revenue through tactical partner management across Supply, Demand, Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Business sides.
- Confidently present and collate data for QBR sessions
- Work closely with our technical team to improve the platforms and solutions for the best client outcomes
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an account management and/or operations role ideally gained in an AdTech business (Programmatic, DSP/SSP, Ad Network role as a client success/account/campaign manager/trader)
- Excellent analytical skills and an ability to interpret and collate large pools of data
- Confidence in communicating and presenting
- The ability to work autonomously and to think strategically
- Experience of growing accounts and relationships
