We'd love to have you join the team! We are looking for sales coverage in the Salt Lake City area.


As an Account Manager with Tender Care, you would be managing all aspects of agency marketing, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns, and negotiating service contracts with managed care organizations, government agencies, and other payors.


So, what does this mean? Ultimately, you would be facilitating patient care by aligning service contracts. This positions is perfect for those with existing healthcare experience that want to return to mission-driven work. . As our baby boomer population ages, we'll need to expand our coverage. If you have sales experience, and want to be on the cutting edge of a booming market, this job is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously conducts market assessments and develops a comprehensive marketing plan designed to meet budgetary volume projections.
  • Employs marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections.
  • Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payor sources.
  • Builds and monitors community, customer, payor and patient perceptions of Tender Care Home Health as a high-quality provider of services.
  • Provides leadership in strategic planning including identifying opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs.
  • Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of Home Health markets including government agencies, major payor groups, key referral sources, and competitor’s market positioning.
  • Maintain a CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance and a vehicle in good working order, per Mission Healthcare Standards.
  • Current TB test, or willing to receive a TB test upon hire.
