We are seeking a Webscale Account Manager to drive financial outcomes by leading customer engagement, opportunity strategy, pricing, and sales execution for strategic Neo-Cloud, Content, and Data Center accounts within the Network Infrastructure Business Group.
Responsibilities- Accountable for large and medium-sized customers at the global or regional level across multiple portfolios or a specific portfolio, carrying significant sales targets.
- Identifies and develops major business opportunities by interpreting critical internal and external business information, including customer needs, Nokia’s portfolio, and the competitive landscape.
- Builds long-term relationships with customers’ senior executives, leveraging industry and competitive knowledge to contribute to corporate goals and enhance personal effectiveness.
- Drives sales, pre-sales, and cross-functional collaboration through deep organizational understanding (e.g., modes of operation, processes), and develops competitive, innovative offers that deliver substantial value to both customers and Nokia.
- Actively participates in and contributes to pricing strategies and contract negotiations that generate mid-term business impact.
- Contributes to process, product, and service improvements that help sustain Nokia’s competitive advantage.
