We're currently hiring for an Account Manager in the Charlotte, NC area that would be responsible for the sale of wall panels, roof/floor trusses, stair kits and/or turnkey framing packages for residential, Single-family, Multi-family, and Commercial Builders by developing and maintaining customer contacts within any of the following areas.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Services and maintains positive relationships with current customer base
Identify customer needs and solve problems
Understand and perform cost savings analysis for customers
Generates new sales by promoting product line to new and existing customers
Troubleshoots problems for customer
Qualify customers’ creditworthiness
Monitors sales market in assigned region
Prepares various reports as required
Accounts receivable management
Month-end inventory participation
Performs other duties as required
Qualifications
Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related area
Preferred minimum of five years' experience selling wall panels, roof/floor trusses, stair kits and/or turnkey framing packages
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and other software for business applications
Preferred manufacturing background, but not required
Preferred experience and knowledge on UFP’s organization, culture, and product lines
