Supporting in developing welding and cutting applications, promoting products, percolating new launches/offers and similarly sharing the field experience/opportunities/new developments of the market.
The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Plans & priorities in advance, for effective Prospecting & Customer visits
Visits industrial areas & identifies prospective Leads. Identifies & understands Client requirements & needs
Meets decision-makers and develops relationships and builds trust. Plays Lead role in negotiation & closure of contracts
Takes complete ownership of the Accounts , Ensures Customer Satisfaction level, brings clarity to cross functional activities
Develops & shares territory business knowledge. Identifies and follows gas and non-gas competitor’s actions in his/her assigned area
Keeps track of competition and market developments
Keeps track and supports the development sales profit.
Qualifications & Experience: (list education, certifications, training, work experience, etc.)
Degree in relevant disciplines - Technical Degree preferably Mechanical, Metallurgical, Automotive, Mechatronics.
Ability to travel is Mandatory
