We are looking for a customer-focused Account Manager to strengthen and grow long-term relationships with our existing customers and/or future customers in public sector. You will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction and growing revenue across both strategic and mid-sized accounts. Leveraging your relationship management skills, commercial acumen, and industry knowledge, you will act as a trusted advisor to help clients maximize the value of ALLPLAN’s BIM solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring strong, ongoing relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Grow revenue by proactively managing contract lifecycles, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring timely closure of renewal agreements.
  • Develop and execute account plans for strategic and mid-sized customers, ensuring alignment with both client goals and company growth objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Sales Engineering teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization.
  • Monitor customer health, satisfaction, and usage metrics to anticipate needs and mitigate churn risks.
  • Provide tailored business reviews and strategic guidance to demonstrate value delivered and highlight opportunities for additional impact.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information, revenue pipeline, and forecast in CRM.
  • Act as the customer’s advocate internally, providing feedback to Product, Marketing, and Support teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscape to advise clients effectively and position ALLPLAN as a strategic partner.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales within SaaS, BIM, or design software, ideally in AEC or project-based industries.
  • Proven ability to grow revenue within a customer portfolio.
  • Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Experience building and executing structured account plans for strategic or mid-market clients.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage account activities, revenue pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Technical aptitude and interest in developing a deep understanding of ALLPLAN’s BIM platform and ecosystem.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to balance multiple accounts and priorities in a dynamic environment.
