We are seeking a Key Account Manager Hematology to join our International Hematology team, supporting Germany in a field-based work mode. In this role, you will drive account performance and regional contracting activities for our hematology portfolio while collaborating with Medical colleagues, pharmacists, hospital stakeholders, and commercial teams.   • Establish high-quality healthcare professional relationships across the territory

  • Develop referral networks spanning hospital, outpatient, and office-based settings

  • Deliver portfolio value messages through face-to-face, remote, and digital engagement

  • Partner with Medical on regional programs and healthcare professional activities

  • Manage account planning, segmentation, targeting, and local account plans

  • Support regional contracting activities and adapt contract models to local needs

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform negotiations

  • Thrive in an agile environment and adjust priorities to account needs

This role requires:

  • Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent for sales professionals

  • 5-7 years of progressive pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales experience

  • Knowledge of the German healthcare system and regional market structures

  • Experience using data, customer relationship management systems, and multiple business systems

  • Qualification in applicable pharmaceutical industry codes, including EFPIA Code or VFA Pharmakodex

  • Fluency in German and good working knowledge of English

  • Ability to manage a large territory independently with frequent travel

  • Strong customer engagement, negotiation, and communication skills

  • High integrity and ethical standards in all interactions

  • Hematology sales experience and an established network strongly preferred

  • Experience supporting hospital, purchasing group, or payer contract negotiations preferred

  • Product launch experience preferred

Salary range (annually)

73,125 -121,875 €
