Responsibilities include prospecting, qualification, negotiation, product positioning, client relationship management, collaboration with technical, customer success, and marketing teams, and providing market feedback to support strategy and product development.

Deliver product training, workshops, webinars, and consulting for Allplan BIM software. Support pre-sales through demonstrations, customer meetings, trade fairs, and pilot projects. Advise AEC customers on BIM workflows, implementation, process optimization, and troubleshooting. Translate customer feedback for product teams, create training materials using AI tools, validate Statements of Work, and support enterprise customers across Europe with occasional DACH travel.
