[Role summary]

This role is responsible for driving the growth and success of the company's business in Japan by managing enterprise customer relationships, leading renewals and expansion. The position works cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver localized solutions, accelerate revenue growth, and ensure a high level of customer success while navigating the unique needs of the Japanese market.

[Responsibilities]

• Drive renewals and manage our Japanese accounts including reseller partners.
• Drive revenue growth through acquisition and expansion of enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to localize offerings and support customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and business requirements.

[Qualifications]

Must

• 5+ years of experience in the IT / SI / SaaS industry, with a strong understanding of enterprise sales landscapes in Japan
• Native Japanese speaker with fluent Korean OR English proficiency
• Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated results in revenue growth and customer development
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfort working in fast-growing and evolving environments
• Willingness and ability to travel abroad frequently for business

• Existing network with enterprise or strategic customers in technology sectors

• Flexible working hours (generally from 10 AM to 7 PM KST).
• Full-time position (during the first 3 months—the probation period, the employee will receive 100% of their salary).
